Unique meeting rooms
We offer various meeting rooms for any event. Our location, between Umeå, Lycksele and Skellefteå, is a natural meeting spot in Västerbotten, northern Sweden. Our meeting rooms are unique, always embracing the nature around us. We offer a modern re-purposed glass house, Bird’s Nests in the trees as well as the centuries old farm house Sjungaregården. Let us help you plan your next event.
Beckasingården
Our largest meeting room is in Granö village. It takes about 10 minutes to walk across our little bridge and through the village to reach this house from the restaurant and hotel rooms. The perfect walk and talk, in other words.
In addition to the meeting room, Beckasingården also has a kitchen, a break-out room and of course restrooms.

The Glass House
The Glass House was part of an exhibit in Umeå center during the European Cultural Capital year of 2014. Now it sits on the top of a hill at Granö Beckasin, overlooking the river and the forest below. Right nearby are also our popular Bird’s Nests, treetop hotel rooms.
The house has lovely high ceilings and lots of light – but thanks to its placement it can still feel private.
12 people fit at desks here, a few more if you use the window seats for a more informal feel. The house has a kitchenette and restroom.

Sjungaregården
Very unique venue in a historic 19th century house. There is no meeting room in the modern sense but you use the furniture in the house.
Sjungaregården is perfect for an off-grid meeting, without modern technique, cell phones and wifi.
This house is about a 10 minute stroll from our restaurant and hotel rooms. The house has restrooms.
We offer Sjungaregården as an analogue venue without modern technique. Flip board is available.
Bird's Nest
A meeting high up in the trees will help creativity flow. Up to 8 people can fit in one of our Bird’s Nests, built in the trees on a hill.
