Yoga retreat open to all

Welcome to a yoga retreat weekend that is adaptable and all yours. The yoga program is suitable for all levels. Enjoy a couple of days in nature with lovely food, warm fires and accommodation of the type you prefer. There will be plenty of time for reflection, forest walks, maybe a wild winter swim in the river. Join us in Granö, an hour from Umeå, in northern Sweden.

 

A yoga weekend just for you
We have invited yoga teacher Anna-Pia Hådell from Östersund this weekend. You can expect a soft vinyasa flow style as well as strength training, breathwork, midfulness and yin yoga throughout the four classes of the retreat. The physical practice will be adapted to suit the beginner and challenge those with a practice. This weekend is for you to enjoy and make your own. Our goal is simply to boost you for the upcoming winter. 

Your choice of room 
You can pick whatever room category suits you the best: a de luxe and unusual hotel room in the trees with our Bird’s Nests or a cozy hotel cabin or room in the Eco Hotel. You may also bring a friend or partner who doesn’t wish to be part of the yoga program. Contact us for a discounted rate for this person.

Three tips for you retreat weekend

  1. Plan for a hike or a trail run on our marked forest trails on Saturday
  2. Book a private sauna time in our wood burning river side sauna (do this in the booking system or onsite)
  3. Bring a non-yoga partner or a friend at a discounted rate (contact us for rate)

Anna-Pia Hådell is the person behind Balance by A-P teaching yoga out of Östersund Sweden. She also has a background as a physio therapist. Anna-Pia’s classes are based in vinyasa flow, where positions, movements and conscious breathing are linked. Apart from vinyasa flow, she also has training in Soma Move, mindfulness and yin yoga. 

“My yoga is a mix of movement, soft strength training, focus and stillness. I want to offer a safe yoga practice, where everyone can grow from where they are at with both challenges and rewards. I teach with knowledge, positivity and a touch of humour”.
