Anna-Pia Hådell is the person behind Balance by A-P teaching yoga out of Östersund Sweden. She also has a background as a physio therapist. Anna-Pia’s classes are based in vinyasa flow, where positions, movements and conscious breathing are linked. Apart from vinyasa flow, she also has training in Soma Move, mindfulness and yin yoga.
“My yoga is a mix of movement, soft strength training, focus and stillness. I want to offer a safe yoga practice, where everyone can grow from where they are at with both challenges and rewards. I teach with knowledge, positivity and a touch of humour”.
