Sjungaregården Cultural Centre turns on Midsummer’s Eve for the sixth year up its gates. Seven weeks of culture awaits our visitors!

Sjungaregården is an Västerbotten farm in Granö, dating from the 1700 century. The farmhouse’s interior is untouched since the beginning of the 1900 century and visitors are welcome in to experience how a large peasant home has looked like at the end of the 1800 century. On the farm there is also a bakehouse from the end of the 1700 century in which various art-craftsmen and artisans exhibit their works. In the barn there are several galleries with art exhibitions and in the lodge we have our theatre where everything from berättarkvällar to classical concerts takes place. The café is located in the farmhouse’s large kitchen. Here you can find everything from old-fashioned cakes to freshly baked waffles and homemade mjukkaka.

Opening hours
We open on Midsummer Eve with a large midsummer festivity and exhibitions of art and handicraft exhibits.
Between the 19th of June to the 9th of August we are open every day between 11.00-16.00. On Thursdays and Saturdays we are open between 11.00-21.00. Welcome!
